Recently, the list of basic electronic components for Hunan Province in 2025 was announced, and several products from Sany Silicon Energy and Sany Red Elephant, both subsidiaries of Sany Group, were successfully selected, fully demonstrating their strong R&D and innovation capabilities and high-end manufacturing level in the new energy field.
Sany Silicon Energy's independently developed 191N TOPCon solar cells have achieved mass production efficiencies exceeding 26.8%, featuring groundbreaking innovations in panel specifications and efficiency, leading the industry in technology and opening up new cell markets. Meanwhile, 72-cell modules using the 191N cells have a main power distribution of over 620W, combining high power, high efficiency, high power generation, high reliability, low degradation rate, and low LCOE, also placing them at the forefront of the industry. Through optimized processes and materials, this product maintains stable operation in extreme environments, making it suitable for high-humidity and high-heat regions (such as Guangdong and the Middle East), demonstrating excellent power generation performance. Currently, the product is exported overseas, and its outstanding power generation efficiency has won high recognition from customers, strongly promoting the rapid development of Sany's global microgrid business.
Sany's Red Elephant square aluminum-cased lithium-ion battery (SY-F230-54174217) achieves comprehensive industry-leading performance through innovative and differentiated design. This includes a high-capacity positive electrode and high coating density design, ensuring significant cell capacity advantages; a spliced welded cover plate, bare cell bipolar tabs, and a high-conductivity dual-electrolyte design, greatly improving cell efficiency and releasing more electricity with the same charging energy; and a low-density and long-life dual-electrolyte design, giving the cell an ultra-long cycle life and enhanced durability. Currently, this product has achieved large-scale shipments, with strong cumulative sales performance, and ranked among the top in domestic new energy commercial vehicle installations in the first half of this year, holding a leading market position.
This selection into the provincial first-of-its-kind list further confirms Sany's strong capabilities in technological research and development and high-end manufacturing. These products not only promote Sany's deep cultivation in the new energy field but also inject new vitality into the development of Hunan's high-end equipment manufacturing and new energy industries.
